3. No mining claims in CMKX's name
If we own the mining rights, what does the above mean? We're not going around screaming about where we are mining?
How do you know CMKX owns the mining rights? Why aren't they saying where they are mining if they are, which is doubtful?
4. No appreciable revenues
Don't know if that is true since we need 10Q/K's to find that out.
So why haven't there been any 10k's if there was something positive to say? What are they hiding?
5. No diamonds found
Don't know if that is true but other landholders in the area have found verifiable diamonds so there is a chance we will also but they've been at it a few more years then we have with larger bore samples.
My neighbor has a big rock on his land - that doesn't mean I have a big rock on mine. Why doesn't CMKX have bore samples? Apparently they have plenty of money to sponsor race cars so they must have money to drill with. Where are the holes? In two years they should have been able to sink test holes on every potential site.
6. No verifiable exploration information from the company
Website shows some info for all locations.
It doesn't show anything useful.
7. No 10Qs or 10k's filed in the last two years
True but new form in place to start.
Starting place? True but it took them two years to state that they lied on the first one and this one wouldn't have taken more than 15 minutes work to submit. Other than playing with the race cars and trying to sell more stock, what has Urban been doing with his time? He has promised many of these filings for many months with no action.
8. No filings as to insider sales of stock
True but now has to be filed or huge fines will come.
And it is likely that we will see those fines coming in the future. And they will be paid with your money.
9. No information as to what the real assets of the company might be
True, because of no 10Q/K's which are now being filed. We do have a flow chart and PR's of where money has been going. I'm assuming that you've seen the flow chart.
I have seen the flow chart and I expect I will see it again as evidence in court.
I like that Robert Maheu has gotten involved. I'm assuming he's going to make a few bucks by fixing this mess and yes, I do feel it's a mess as far as accounting. But one that can be fixed.
I'm sure he expects to make more than a few bucks off of this but I'm not sure that any benefit to shareholders will result.
