Hard to say what any of these pinks are doing, BDGR is up to something here more than what they state in the pr's. That type of SS is prone to accompany other company moves forthcoming. Thats why I am waiting here to see. Reducing the A/S is a step in the right direction. Share buybacks of commons don't impress me other than the fact of why? Why would a company want to increase thier holdings of common shares in prelude to what? They could just cancel shares but choose to increase the company holdings instead, that speculation of why grab more shares for themselves poses an interesting possibility since they would not do that if they plan to lose money doing so. IMO most of the volume last few session are BDGR buying back shares, since it has a pattern during the day. The question here is WHY does BDGR want to buy back thier own shares on a regular basis. What is coming that they feel like makes this a good choice for the company to embark on now and in the future?
