Bottom, dude, Anyone can pick a bone clean if they want to. You say what happened to the acquisition in August and now he's late "your perception" Mine is and was that he is in the process of buying a US company and is "still" buying a US company. I could give two cents on the month, if he doesn't deliver an acquistion in the end he has failed but not before that IMO.
Also he has "never" gone delinquent on any filings and has remained current as far as I know in over five years now. Once again you say "late", you perception and I say always current, my perception.
Many other companies don't keep current at all in a year and many others allow themselve to fall off the listing so I don't see the correlation you are trying to make.
I'm not pumping this and never have I told anyone on this or any board to buy, buy, buy. I invest for me and tell it like I see it. If people buy based on anyones chat droolings then shame on them... DD first and DD last or its money thrown away IMO
