Really? I must have missed the closed acquisition of the US company in August that he said he was going to do.

Really? He has filed late SEVERAL times over the last 5 years.

Don't get me wrong here. I truly believe this is a quality investment that will make us all a lot of money but over pumping this will come back to bite you. What if the acquisition does not close in Dec? Then if people believe you the sky must be falling because that would be the 1st time he as not delivered. Setting the wrong expectation is never a good thing even with a good company.
