Time will tell what is going on. But, I don't believe it is anything shady. I'm more inclined to believe it is simply making stupid mistakes.

The core business is still there. David Stark had glowing reports about the Histostem facilities he visited and Dwight was able to put SAMBA together rather quickly. They have a lot of things going for them.

We are seeing the problem created when a company isn't prompt with reporting. It causes all kinds of speculation. I'm hoping this becomes a learning experience for them and that we can laugh at it down the road.

Btw, those that flipped it did great. Those of us that held waiting for the financials took the beating. And, I don't have the luxury of a tax loss since it's in my Roth. :(

Something is shaddy about this company IMO. Glad I never bought any shares even though I was tempted. Promises promises promises.
