HOCK, good post. Also, FISH posetd the below, which highlights my earlier point o dclarke, where the short position GREW in the face of the ongoing increase is SP, then as we find out, immediately precipitated the unexplained (or inexplicable) 10% haircut all of a sudden in just 3 weeks !!

InterDigital (IDCC) lost 3% in more than twice its normal trade. The wireless modem maker peaked on Nov. 8 and has since chopped 10% off that high

You really have no idea what you are talking about.
If you short a stock you must properly margain it. You must borrow the shares before shorting. I would urge you to learn what you are talking about.
