If you read the response to all objection by WEIL. I mean read it.
You would have seen all letter prior to POR6 have been ignored.

You need stop hopeing and do something;
Get in touch with UST,
Write JMW agian.
Write concise email to EC.

This is bad what WEIL is doing. The POR not only gives up assets to JPIG/FDIC it pays them to take it.

The POR wipesout all Class Action agianst JPIG/FDIC, and WEIL.
The POR closes the DC action.

Susman team knows they have to stop the POR. They were put there to give Equity a voice. But, JMW may respond to Shareholders letters.

Remember: While Willingham was being questioned, Rosenusuck said the letters were distruptive to the process. Too F'ing bad.

I remember a Royce Gracie UFC fight where he laid on his back most of the time with his legs up. Seemingly, being soundly beaten, I though the end was near.

Turns out I was right. Just as I thought Gracie was losing, he actually had his legs locked around the upper arm of his opponent ready to snap his opponents' arm and the opponent standing, tapped wildly against the fence. Win=Gracie!

Hopefully, Susman, seemingly down, could be preparing a life altering move for Rosensnake.
