Personally, I am impressed by Krazy Al's ability to survive in such a small space. My living/dining room is about the same size. LOL

Then again, he has come a long way from being destitute and homeless in 1986 - when the IRS was after him. Doing a search of comparable sales in his area, his home would appear to have a market value of between $300,000 & $350,000 - which, by LA standards, is nothing.

For a 80+ year old lawyer Krazy Al is completely pathetic.
