What you say is true, VB, but I should caution that big investors also have different sell points than we individual investors.
A lot of price projections are getting thrown around, up to $7.50. Although the investors behind the $30M placement may be willing to hold on that long, they may plan on selling at $2 for a quick $30M profit + they still have the warrants if they want to buy in later for a guaranteed profit.
For us, it's quite different. If a typical investor has 50K shares at $0.50/sh, the SP is going to have to move quite a bit if we want to make a profit significant enough to pay off our house, pay off debt, save for our kids' college, have a nice retirement nest egg, etc. The point being that just because the big investors are buying in doesn't necessarily mean they're going to drive the SP to a point that will make our individual investment dreams come true. There's nothing wrong with taking profits here and there on the way up.
