If I was CEO and knew the direction of the stock/company to be up, I would gobble up as many shares as I possibly can. Alex Tawse didn't add any, not one. He also has no controlling interest in the company (from a voting capability).

Also you may think you bought at .002's to .004's and FLIPPED at .015 but from a tax accounting point you lost coming down from .02.
