Think about it. Whatever was in Susman's "sealed" doc caused shivers. Now EC, THJMW etc know what it is and our adversaries weren't too happy on the info coming out.
Now Susman felt it necessary to include that as part of the objection. So it seems to be a crucial piece that "attempts to" derail the POR.
Now if the THJMW is against the same material being used in the EC objection and wants Susman to file his objection sans the "privileged" stuff, would it alter the state of "things" from THJMW's perspective ?
I dont think so coz it will be THJMW who will weigh in on all the facts, publicly known PLUS all the confidential stuff when making that final decision. I dont think anything has changed with the past few filings.... we still hope Susman comes through blazing at the POR confirmation OR we settle to put this all of this to rest.

We are definitely playing the river here. But we got a good hint at what might be coming with the last draw:

IMHO: WGM stated that the sealed document is the litigation strategy for the debtors. A work product composed before the debtors choose to settle with the FDIC and JPMC. It could be highly explosive because the work product might show the value of the litigation claims.

I know its a lot "IF"s and "could be"'s but the Hoffman letter struck some nerves.

So for me it is: All-in and gimme that last card.
