Current O/S appears to be 1,202,247,882.

This recent quarter provided for the smallest increase in O/S per quarter based on the information provided in the report.

Looks justified as the company has been in R&D and not a revenue generating stage.
All shares were used for media credits, services provided and repayment of debt and finances.
