And if you guys remember, the high of .012 came around Sep 20, which probably started the sell-off of the people that received these shares in Aug. and early September.

I am o.k with the dilution they show exactly what they used the shares for and I am o.k with all those...Should'nt affect the PPS if so will be minimal.
