But keep in mind that an auction is only the absolute worst case scenario and that would involve the Daic parties then going back to the court, filing a case for turnover and requesting the patent be auctioned off. That is a whole new case and that would take the case back to the 151st in my opinion, which is where they've tried to stay away from already.

I still see a settlement agreement once they figure it out, if they haven't already.

Reading this board is like takeing a class at Havard law school.This case isnt going to be settled in court.
I have two options in mind
1. Calypso signs over the patent to TM.
then threatens MR.D that we will file for bankruptcy.Tell him if he doesnt redo agreement, He wont get anything from anybody. Of course that means we ,the shareholders are cooked too.
2.TM offers us a 50cent hostile take over bid.That is just to prevent future law suits.,.It gets the patent, no more calypso , and let MR.D go howl at the moon. Forget becoming millionaires, at this point would you turn down 50cents?
