(1)But if Calypso signs over the patent to Tmob, then we don't need Daic to redo the agreement because Calypso won't have anything and Calypso won't really need to file bankruptcy.

(2)I wouldn't turn down .50 if that is the only possibility. I am not certain about the legality of taking over a company that is suing you. I don't really know if that is something that could be done or not. I would say if my choice is nothing or .50, I'm taking .50.

Well what about, Tmob gives Calypso a settlement amount which pays off the Daic parties. Calypso gives them the money and they're out of Calypso's business. Maybe that is what this whole thing is about. Tmob is going to settle and give Calypso $180 million in back settlement and future settlement amounts, Daic forces a return to the original judgment amount through the court case, Calypso pays him off and then they're gone, with no more interference. This is the way that makes the most sense to me. If we are putting Tmob in the mix.
