They put this on their website within the last couple days:

November 19, 2010- Tesoro Enterprises, Inc. updates the status of new retail location. Renovations nearly complete, the store should open shortly.

This is from an earlier post of mine:

"Yes, I spoke to them today! The store is not open yet, they are working overtime to "sort all the materials before they can let contractors and general public into the store" (this is from the conversation). To me it seems that they are in the final stage of opening the second retail location in CT. Also, they said that the store will open on or around November 15th, so there was no set date. In my opinion the store will open within two weeks, and I am very optimistic that would be during the month of November. "

Still think that the store opens by no later than end of November!
