The award could be handed down in a matter of days after it is sent to Paris. Writing this opinion would take a considerable amount of time. It would have to be circulated among the members of the TRibunal and an ultimate document would have to be signed off upon by the three members. I would presume that there is the possibility that one of the panelists could dissent and the writing of the dissent could just add to the time delay. Once this tome is completed, reading it is the chore of the International Arbitration Court. They may well have dozens of other opinions from other panels that take precedence on a FIFO basis. Two months for tweaking is very reasonable and two months for authoring is very reasonable. JMHO-Oso
