OK, so where is premature Press Release in there??

Ya know, lets not muddy the waters. Lets just let the SEC do its job.

The days of slaps of a wrist are over. Securities violators do more time in prison than murders and rapists. The sky is the limit.

How so very right you are. This is not the time for a crook to decide to break securities laws. Much has changed in the last three years. The DOJ is going after these securities laws violators with an iron fist. EIGH has willfully violated securities laws over and over again. The lies and deception perped on investors are very obvious to anyone who is not deaf dumb and blind. Some of the prosecutions that used to only see a fine levied for similar offenses in the past are now seeing sentences recommended by prosecutors of up to 80 years or more.

Willful violations of securities laws

Let's not confuse a violation with a WILLFUL violation... there's a significant difference. Did the SEC find a violation? Yes. Is it willful? Well, that's what we're about to find out.

Willful violation for the intent of orchestrating a pump and dump is different than announcing a deal as finalized before it goes through.

My guess is, and this is JUST A GUESS, that the acquisition was nixed after EIGH cancelled the dividend.

We'll let the SEC and the company sort it all out....
