FINALLY........FHE GETS SOLID TRIBE(s) FOR ALGAE!!
One of my personal friends contacted me yesterday. His company is a huge one, and he carries a lot of influence. He had a council meeting with numerous tribes, and they are interested in algae. They want green houses for shrimp and talapia, and algae extraction, perhaps a little R&D, etc. which I can accomodate them with grants and funding.

HOWEVER, his company only works with Native owned businesses. Maybe I should JV with BEHL? I'm afraid that your comments will disuade them from choosing this company.

I really want to help you guys out with your stock.

More forward looking statements of "interested parties", same old same old, nothing new has been posted. Been lots of statements of "contracts", "visits", "interest" and LOTM has not posted anything that is not just the same as those "old prs" that you call "repetitive and useless" and I agree they sure are due to this company has been useless, along with everything that LOTM has posted, nothing personal, just there has been nothing informative about what DF and company is doing.

Now the company can PR some more publicly if they want, but postings by LOTM doesn't have the validity that is required and can only be used as promotional tactics and attempting to hype this company in which no VAR should be involved with unless to draw suspicion that VAR has some direct relationship to shares.

What part of go sell product (as if there was some product to sell) doesn't one understand. It's the three monkey theorem that all the PRs are useless for. What they are is fact to all of DF and company's failures. And any more of the same type of so called "news" is just more of the same as all of those PRs. If one wants to ignore it, thats fine, ones own choice.

Want to help the pps, go sell product commercially (not just one or a couple), put the money in the bank, the continued sales will be documented, put on financials (better audited) and that will be showing success and will raise the pps. Pretty flippen simple.

But just any "insider" coming here on this board to give more of the same forward looking statements and hype is just attempts to exaggerate worth of the pps and just doesn't fly with ones who know better.

Let me repeat; sell product, put money in the bank, document, show audited financials. Make that "repetitive" and then it won't be "useless".

Far from it, lets just look at two PRs that are in play currently, they are in fact current events so therefore it is worth reading if we were to assume the past plays no role in the future.

1) The company's first client to purchase the BioCentric commercial
"Algae Pro" closed-loop Photobioreactor has funded the second installment to BioCentric. Subsequent installments will be funded in May and June 2010. Due to the very nature of being the first commercial client BioCentric has consented to a Partnership Agreement

This here is one of my favorites because here the company is claiming a sale and collecting money, this is the current project going on now and to date, not one single dime has been collected from the “client” as explained in this awesome PR. In fact we all know the shareholders paid for the entire project and supposedly BEHL will collect when the project is complete. Some huge problems with this whole thing as shareholders were led to believe they had a paying customer, and even worse, now that “client” became a partner meaning they get a portion of sales that BEHL arranged. Interestingly enough, this project is struggling to stay alive and requires far more funds than ever anticipated. So much so that this thing has overshot its original cost quote of 300K and is probably approaching 3 times that value that they started laying people off to save costs. Seems to me this PR is every bit as current news as you can get.

So far to date you may have two completed cabs, which is really stretching the term “completed”, and the other two cabs sit, one may have something laying in it and the other is empty. Nothing of support for the utilities and well the need for more resources. So far a huge burden that has been supported off the shareholders back on what has been called a “CLIENT”.

My next favorite is something even more recent and will finish with absorbing all of BEHL in the process:

Where do I start on this one? A multi million dollar contract? Signed by Monique and then signed by the other entity which is Monique…awesome… Another “hollow” story that has turned into a complete bust of supposed acquisitions of all assets.. I mean some but not all, but could include, but may not include… Ahhh you know what they mean…

Here is an empty shell being shored up with all BEHL employees, the new CEO has shown the cards here as the worst interview, yes even worse than last years CC call in, resulted in showing there is absolutely nothing of value at BNPD. Further more slip ups by both CEOs have provided clues to the transition of BEHL into BNPD. But hey they signed a multi million dollar contract with a shell that just resigned all of it officers to clean out the shell for BEHL people to be placed into positions… AWESOME!


Point is the past in this case proves the mis managment going on to date. It is a trend that cannot be overlooked, no different than the trend of amenments each one delivering the news of another raise in the AS. Now the company is going dark and scrapping one of the few things of positive aspect it had... its transparency.

Banyon you know I am not someone who goes around bashing. But even I have to say this statement is hiding your head in the sand.

Old prs that I have already
read are repetitive and useless.

To think that history is unimportant is the reason Hitler was able to destroy Europe in WW2.

There is a history here of "important people" visiting BEHL and the history shows they either left disappointed or they left empty handed. The point is they left.

I am still here waiting on a bottom but I don't think DF has what it takes to get this off the bottom once it gets there.

I am a firm believer that algae will replace fossil fuels some day but I dont think BEHL will be there when it happens.

They can keep attempting to make health aids but until they have a signed contract with a named company that has been in business more the 5 years they will just remain a pinky.

If DF cared about this company he would have stepped down and taken a severance package back when Brian Goodall was on board.

I think he recognised his failure and took what he could with billions of shares. BNPD cant even survive because of DF and his "plans"

If BEHL gets 1 bnpd for every 10 behl they need to issue 500 million shares. That will make them .0001 as well. This game is over. IMO
