BEHL has a naive CEO .. If you became the CEO ... BEHL could have a native CEO.

Dennis has been looking for a CEO for 1 year + .. it seems, no one wants to fill his shoes.

LOTM, that's a very interesting idea. You would
be the expert on the ins and outs of the re-
quirements of duing business with the American
Indian Tribes. If it is benefitial to all parties,
then I personally would not see why a JV would
not be acceptible. All my opinion and you should
certainly approach DF with your thoughts on this
matter. You should also run this by other share-
holders for their input. Their are some very smart
people that you could chat with. GLTY

With all due respect what is said on this stock board does not make a company. If you want to deal with BEHL as a JV or any other capacity then you should be in contact with BEHL. Asking for an opinion on stock boards is like inviting the Wolf into the chicken coop.

The only way to help this stock is that BELH execute it's business plan and start generating revenues... not by what is said or done on this board.

Do yourself a favor deal with BEHL, if they have the goods and meet your plans to introduce algae to the Native American community that's the way to go... not asking opinions on these boards not knowing who is who.

Let me ask you this, using the Death Valley Junction project as a reference do you really want to do business with a company that has taken 6 months and possibly greater to deploy a single acre unit? The same company that quoted 300K for the acre that ran well over that budget and is probably closing in close to 3 times that amount? They claim rapid deployment, and they have blown timelines repeatedly, the project is not even close to completion.

Financially they are on the ropes, they are throwing everything they have on this project and they still have no idea if they can get past the contamination issues, the harvester that does not work, the power issues that will result in probably running off a couple industrial generators. They are far from even producing a single product and they have yet to prove their PBR works, let alone if the product is quality and last if they can even harvest it at an efficient pace with the right moisture content.

Could you imagine dedicating such crucial resources for these people you represent to have a project like this in your hands that has taken a half a year to date, large amounts of cash, and has yet to prove operational, efficient to scale, produces quality product and profitable? The guy cannot even provide his shareholder one of the Ps of marketing, the price, and he is supposedly a marketing person. Without it he is doomed, no one will ever sign to someone who cannot provide solid figures. That is basic marketing 101, the four Ps, look it up, because I can tell you his missing others.

LOTM... That is a very good idea, I like the way your people think outside the box. Maybe this is what we need to get production started.

Last of the Mohicans, It is refreshing to see some lively debate. Thank you.

I believe that even those that are talking ill about BEHL still want to see the company do well as most of them invested in the company long before many of the recent members here, and they must have seen something. I have been a shareholder for a little over a year. I drove miles to take photos to post and report what I saw from Hunt. Beach and most recently S. A. H. Q. If BEHL does not succeed I will not go broke, I want this company to succeed to further the production of algae. Now throw in the facts that Native Americans can benefit greatly from this process (you mentioned the illnesses and possible food harvesting) and I am all the more encouraged at the final outcome. I still BEHLieve. And I believe many other shareholders feel the same.

I pray for your clear thoughts and decissions. Thank you and all the best! And good luck to all.
