laranger: IMO two months is too long for the Court review. I don't think it has anything to do with a possible appeal by Nokia. I'm with the view of the persons who think the parties asked for this period to see if they could come to a settlement.
After much earlier discussion about providing time for settlement, does two months of panel reviews coincide with your expectations, or do you smell a Nokia rat as the reason for this seemingly super-cautious approach?
