Yes, give this guy a break. It's not like he's sitting around a remote lake fishing for rainbow trout.
Jim MacCandless is dealing with new employee interviews, hammering out new military contracts, new investor/loan issues, putting his stock management together, overseeing current testing projects, etc.
Do you trust the direction this company is headed in? If so, don't pester management on day to day concerns.

Well argued, the basis of my opinion for a reverse split is that Jim is adding hundreds of millions of shares worth of dilution per year. In 2009 he added 240 million shares and in 2010 he added 220 million shares. With that I have accepted the fact that he will dilute to raise money until he can put the corp over the top when the corp can finance its own operation and expansions with revenue from profits. If a reverse split in time reduces my position of 200,000 shares to 20000 but attracts institutions and increase my share value to $100,000.00 briiing it on, thats easy money. I don't want a lot of shares, I desire a lot of cash. I want it through moral and legal means only.
