EC and Stop news – and more

10:00 a.m. Stop and EC still showing. Now on to the R/S issue.

When one goes to the doctor with what he believes is a serious illness and the doctor finds nothing, the doctor is liable to say, “You will live.”
He doesn’t mean forever!

Suggestion. Stop calling and emailing Jim asking if he intends to R/S !

He has said, “NO” – let it go at that. Either you believe him or you don’t. If you believe him; let it go. If you don’t; get out.

This sounds like a couple of kids fighting over whose father can beat up the other one’s.
“My father can beat up your father.”
“No, he can’t.”
“Yes he can.”
“No he can’t.”
“Yes he can.”

There are indicators which may point to a R/S. Admittedly, history shows us that many, if not most, pinkies will R/S at a time which is not in the best interest of the stockholders.

Those who believe that the stock will R/S have other companies’ histories to rely on and can make a parallel comparison. Those who do not believe there will be a R/S are at a disadvantage in this argument, because, by its very nature, it is impossible to argue the negative.

For those believing there will be a reverse split; present the factual reasons, e.g., dilution, etc…. It only needs to be posted ONCE! It can then be referred back to without rehashing.

And remember, there is always 3 sides to every story.
