I somewhat agree Sony, it's location is not the most seeked out destination and being on the North coast. But if that area is good enough for even Donald Trump to own casinos and other properties foreseeing growth of that side of the Island, then it's location is good enough for me. Way back when I got in, being that Donald Trump was buying property there was dd good enough to help me buy in CGAQ's plan. Now with the new soon to come Grand Opening of the Hotasa Hotele location (there's a jump there if history holds true of their past opening jump) CGAQ is moving into a MUCH MORE TRAFFICED AREA. This is growth into a much better location than it's current one. Donald Trump's first move was to get a casino and license on the North Coast, now he's into other property and land investments and buying. He's got his casino he's happy with ... CGAQ wants more and more and more. That's right in one year they got their second and negotiating a 3rd. I feel assured that next year CGAQ acquires at least 1 more casino making 4 for them, but imo I'll venture the get the same as their first year ... 3 more casino locations making it 6 by the end of next year. At the end of next year imo I'm assured the "live" snags, bingo, boxing, wrestling, kiosks, and current games will be running much more smoothly than they are now ... and it's really not that bad now, remember they're an infant growing.
