My logic is that the first location will continue to struggle as the new deal with the fully booked in advance and higher traffic hotel company will be much better revenue/profit generators and the company will want to do away with the first one as it will be a drag on the balance sheet so they will close it down or sell it. I may have used the wrong choice of words but I thing its not that good of a location and the company will do a away with it. JMO
