No. the questions being asked such as "where is the independant observer-3rd party for testing?...imply that no "investor" research was done. I personally found the 3rd party co. that participated in the Genocho animal testing in Korea. One of the top co. in Korea used for KFDA process. I don't remember the co. name and don't ask me to look it up again. It's there for anyone to find doing investor "research".
