Thanks for that input..IMO:Most of the current discussion today does not relate to Qualcomm's IP..but their past NEED to cross license with others...and the Details of those licenses..and their Mutual Obligations , if any..I do believe the issue is not only QTL, but Q's ability to produce WCDMA chipsets without royalty payments..
