Surg, It's hard for me to believe SL is out of it. It's all his blood, sweat & tears, I believe he's still involve, but to what degree no one knows.

besides the lawyers fees which were likely part of the increase in A/S ( because they DON'T work for free,and never have), I am sure he had to overpay Sam, just to get him to agree to what we had to begin with. Remember who you're dealing with here. Day 30 something, shareholders held hostage... and here we wait.
