dishfan, that is the license I was trying to remember in answering mschere's earlier question about which patents InterDigital licensed to QCOM. It was QCOM's license with Neopoint. Dang! Since I could not remember the names involved to do an electronic search I have been digging through a an old dusty stack of paper files trying to find that reference. Whew! MUCH appreciated.
