FWIW when you see that many more trades on the ASK then on BID its because there is major selling on the ask side. Ideally when the ratio is that high you should see a large gain in PPS. It doesn't mean huge accumulation at all fwiw.
That doesn't mean that they won't pull off the ask and let it rip at the EOD.
