According to EIGH...but the SEC has suspended them for "LYING" to it's shareholders...

Usually the SEC is right....hard to find a case where they suspended a PINK SHEET company and the SEC was wrong.

I'm wasn't on the NOBO list, so how did they account for my certificates.
