The VOF is an astronomical research and educational institution supported by the Pope who is the head of the Roman Catholic Church. The implementation and finalization of the sublicense agreement was conditioned upon approval by the VOF. The VOF approved (finalized) the sublicense agreement on February 19, 2010.

Don't make it sound like the pope has something to do with the day to day operations of the VOF and the acceptence of the final design from EI. It clearly says he "supports" the VOF research and educational institution.I'm sure he "supports" alot of things.


The post was to try and put together what may be taking so long to get design appoval.They're right in arizona it's not like they have to make an appointment with the pope in rome.
