two things:

1. the JV isn't done yet. if, in your mind, the only conceivable reasons for a delay are bearish, you might want to think again.

2. even if the JV was complete, HDI wouldn't bankroll every single payment liberty star needs to make in the pursuit of all their other projects. again, if you think about it, that's pretty bullish, too.

but if you're feeling impatient, this might be a great time to unload a few shares. i saw a lot of volume hitting the ask today.

not today, but all shares /warrents are restricted, this indicates forward movment.why would i buy shares i can not sell for a year?
