If all the DD points to big value, why is Briscoe basically selling under the bid and throwing in a warrant at a very low strike price for free? Wouldn't selling straight shares given the company the same funds?

I thought NAK was the answer to all LBSRs financial woes, but then another give away for financing, I don't get it.

Can anyone provide logical reasoning for this move on Briscoe's part?

Will we ever get news beneficial to shareholders and pps?
