Omphalos, glance at the latest S1. You'll find a naked shorter amongst the masses. The case was pretty well published, and the individual in my opinion, indirectly involved. He was charged by the SEC and paid a fine.

Cost of Revenue -- to -- Revenue Ratio.

Sep 30, 2010
For every $1,000 Rev it took $3048.39 Cost of Revenue
Roughly 3:1 :-(

In most business the cost per good sold or total cost of sale will decrease when we have higher volume. So I would expect the sales revenue to raise faster than Cost of Revenue. We want this ratio to get closer to the 1:1 or less than 1 for our goal of being positive.

I think if they can deal with keeping costs low they can become positive between 1 to 1.5 million however they will need all the cost savings they can. My hope is that FedEx or DHL can help in this reguard.

Its not minor when they destroy the market price by front running every other player in the PIPE by going naked and planning to cover when the restriction is lifted off their shares. Those funds who went naked against their restricted shares cost CYRX another $2,000,000 in the raise. So in my opinion it is not minor...
