Slight correction. I think that individual was charged by the SEC, but is still fighting those charges. I believe he paid a fine to FINRA. In the scheme of things, it's a pimple on CRYOPORT ass in terms of dollars, and over-all, a non issue.
Lets concentrate on sales, sales, sales! We need em, or I'll be staying with HS on the RMS/CRYOPORT in the dead of winter in Boston. It could be worst, I could end up in Minnesota with BBF on the back porch. Come to think of it, I might end up with BMAN in the asylum. At least I'll be warm.
