phunni, as difficult as it may be for him to do, he really needs to hand over the reigns to someone else, to get this thing moving forward with unwavering shareholders trust, and conviction. It'll never happen, but when a person's character is "suspect", you can only hope for the best for yourself,and others around you. This silence has never once been golden IMO.
But maybe 2,3,4,5 years time, it'll be OK.
And if someone else is working on a similar nano-technology?...
and is first to market? but it was PL,SL idea...
