#4969 RE: VBgood #4966

IMO the AGM may well be a non-event. I am in favor of getting the pertinent questions to the company ASAP so as to hopefully have them thinking about the obvious. My experience with AGMs is that they are high structured and choreographed. Nothing of substance is learned and they certainly will not announce something important 'at the meeting' to only those in attendance. This is not done for many reasons, both ethical and legal.

I imagine if there is news, good or bad, a PR before the meeting will disclose everything. They may hold news until after the meeting, to have the "poison pill" vote in hand. They must fear some hostile threat or they would not go to all the trouble.

I am not wasting the money to go to the meeting, but I can assure you that if something important was leaked only to some folks in Vancouver at the meeting, the company would be renamed within a year and owned by the big investors in Panama! The AGM is just a legal formality not the 'Sermon on the Mount'.

EXPECT A PR BEFORE NEXT WEDNESDAY AT THE LATEST BECAUSE OF THE HOLIDAYS, OR THE WEEK AFTER THE MEETING, THEN WE WILL HAVE OUR NEXT LEG UP.
