I don't want to be in default but at the same time I don't want to owe Diac $150 million for making a phone call he had no authority to make.

In your opinion will we ever get back to clearing that up,... so we owe him NOTHING?

IOW, he is alleging that CLYW is in default after he has spent the past four years interfering with the company's ability to do business or raise money? He expects the court to find for him? That's his defense? That's like asking the court to forgive his being tardy after he wrecked his car on the way to trial by running-over the plaintiff.
