Daic is alleging default of the 2008 settlement agreement. The default term of that agreement is that the company owes him approx $150M on the original Judgement. If we are in default and if we cannot pay the $150M, then he says we must turn over our assets, which are the patents, for the court to sell to raise funds for payment.

All of this is proper IF we are in default. We are not....

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
