CSTC - LOI, Reverse merger with http://www.hydrogenllc.net/, pretty good company: http://www.hydrogenllc.net/prod.htm

HydroGen LLC is a fuel cell systems manufacturing company that owns technology, proprietary rights, and manufacturing assets for the production of commercial-ready 400 kW, air-cooled PAFC modules. The Westinghouse Corporation’s Advanced Energy Systems Division developed the module designs and manufacturing plans, and constructed a manufacturing facility and working prototype module, under a DoE-sponsored R&D program during the 1980s and early 1990s. During this time Westinghouse had two fuel cell R&D programs, one focused on SOFC and one on the PAFC modules. The DoE and Westinghouse invested approximately $100M and $60M in the PAFC program, respectively, and all technology goals were met or exceeded. While both the SOFC and PAFC programs enjoyed extensive Federal funding, in 1993 the PAFC program was determined to be commercial-ready and its funding stream was discontinued.

At that time, Westinghouse was under severe financial strain related to large real estate losses. Management of the Advanced Energy Systems division chose to sell the PAFC technology, related intellectual property, and pilot manufacturing facility to a private investor, who subsequently formed FuelCell Corporation of America (FCA) to commercialize the technology. In 2001, FCA assigned all of its fuel cell technology assets to a new company, HydroGen LLC, which was formed to develop and execute an aggressive plan to bring the technology to market. Today, HydroGen is emerging as a new competitor in the fuel cell arena, with customers signed up and in the pipeline, and numerous strategic supplier and market channel relationships in advanced stages of negotiation.
