With 5k shares short, it doesn't really matter if IB is offering a million shares. It doesn't seem like anyone wants to short PNTV.
But if IB is posting 50k shares to borrow, how can they be simultaneously offering you 200k to short?

I just don't see a big short secret conspiracy here, and that makes me think the price will not hold up over the long haul.
