That is a very interresting question. Is it a royalty for current projects or for all. I didn't even think about that. The verbiage sounds a if it is for future projects as well. Who knows.

I hope we can get these readers out. It just feels typical that there is one problem thats not required by nintendo wants Ken to try to fix it.

Because I am sure Ken will still be very much involved with future projects. Don't forget, if he still owns a majority of SDVI shares, that turns into a large number of dividend shares even if he converts no SDVI shares later. If he is still involved with the contracting and developement of new games, I assume the royalties continue.
