SDVI would be paid for services as with any company. If Ken does stuff for Graffiti under the SDVI umbrella, services should be invoiced accordingly. If Ken develops a game that Graffiti publishes, SDVI should or could receive a percentage of sales on that game. Every project I assume, would or could be structured differently. That is where the future project 10% gets sticky for me. If Graffiti knows that everything they do will resort in SDVI getting 10%, that would be an issue for future shareholders of Graffiti imo. See the issue?

That is why I was thinking that the 10% would be on current or past projects. Just a guess though.

I do understand what you are saying but paying 10% to SDVI on everything makes no sense to me. There will be things that Graffiti does on behalf of their shareholders that have nothing to do with SDVI therefore they should not be compensated in the eyes of those new holders.

Once the shares change hands, the picture will look much different imo.
