I agree. All services would be paid for by one or the other as separate entities.

Curious how long this 10% royalty on video game sales would be in effect. I can see royalty on current development projects like Reader Rabbit and old asset like Black Sigil but why would Graffiti pay SDVI for future gaming acquisitions?

If SDVI turns into a holding company, each company under the umbrella would be it's own entity. In order to expand, each entity would be funded through Signature "Holdings" for expansion ultimately returning dividends to investors or shareholders.
