I get the short figures from otcmarkets.com. I would never short a penny stock, no matter how hyped and overvalued it was. Way too risky with limited upside. From the 5k short outstanding, I think that's a pretty common opinion.

Imagine where the share price of PNTV would be if Tice hadn't invested! Just pray that he doesn't get bored and decides to dump all his stock.
