bowWAVE--I know that. My question is this: When you purchase a TPM Dell PC; and then decide to activate the TPM for the purpose of ATTESTATION, WHICH NETWORK DOES THE USER HAVE TO REGISTER WITH? If the USER can REGISTER with a Trust Network OUTSIDE of the Embassy TAN NETWORK(ie Embassy Servers linked together) then how do you achieve ATTESTATION with Trusted Networks that don't connect with each other?

My understanding is this: You purchase your DELL TPM PC, you are then required to REGISTER with Embassy or an Embassy licensed Server, otherwise you don't qualify for services that require attestation.
