I did ask him - and then we received the share structure through a PR shortly thereafter. So everything is fine. BUT then, the PR also stated that the TA is not gagged.
Today is Friday and I am still waiting Dustin's email response from the TA and another I sent to him directly.
Currently I have no reason to believe the ss is any different then what was PR'd on November 1st(which was fine).
If we all can give a benefit of the doubt because the pps does not reflect dilution...I have been watching everyday.
