Funny reply, PD, but who is financing this?
The ECMH Data Center needs customers just like SVTIX does.
Build a new Data Center or expand on the current one? I hear NIR.
PD, why do you think control of ECMH was shifted to its subsidiary
with the slight of hand of the restricted stock exchange? The
big 3 aren't the least bit interested in funding NIR with their
equity stakes. They're using the purchasing power of new
investors to pay NIR for the loans, using the Convertible Notes
as a funding mechanism for NIR.
The question is, was the last Convertible-Note/Loan with NIR
to help pay for an expanded Data Center (IE, this had been planned
for several months in advance.) or is there going to be another
Convertible Note issued by ECMH for a NIR loan? SVTIX will need
ECMH to fund the expansion, or more to the point, the ECMH
Common Stock Investors.
