Fetter Number 1 you do not have the complete filing. Number 2 REGDEX can only be done in certain states. MN is one of them. Now if you had the complete filing which is not your fault. You would see number of accredited investors 2 accredited investors are not vendors. And least and the most important Type of security offered is Convertible Debenture. Feel free to ask around what does a CD mean.See if it means giving stock to vendors?? Hey l am long and l like the company But do you think its right to be hoodwinked by a few posters?? Also keep in mind CDs are done at a discount!!!
